Mandy’s Story

 

“If you cannot tell me, what the worst sin was that I’ve committed in my life – I’ll walk out of here right now and never turn to God again!” she threatened, a challenging look in her eyes.  A million thoughts flashed through my mind in a millisecond.

 

I don’t know you at all, this is the first time I’ve seen you in my life!  I’m not a psychic, I cannot read your mind, how unfair – all I want to do is to help you and now you want me to tell you what the worst thing was you did in your 33 years of existence? Only God can help me now.  God, what was it that she did?  God, this is the time to act according to the human watch – please tell me now God – I don’t want this soul to be lost and I know you don’t either!

I looked across the room to the two people who co-counseled this session and raised a hopeful question. “Do you get anything?” Silently they shook their heads.  All eyes were on me as I silently cried out to God for direction.

 

“You had an abortion” spilled over my lips before I had time to evaluate the tough.  Her steely glare flashed across the room, as she shifted to the edge of her seat: “I’ve never had an abortion” she said.  A wave of shock coursed through my veins as I called out to God in my mind:  “God this is not the time to test me – help me Lord!.  Again the words came, but sounded foreign to my ears: “This was not a physical abortion, it was a spiritual abortion”. She looked at me questioningly, as I sat with a puzzled look on my face.  Once again all eyes were fixed on me as the tension in the room turned to breaking point.

 

“Lord, what is a spiritual abortion?” I posed the question to the Lord in my mind.  The answer surprised me as much as it surprised everybody else in the room:  “When you give your life to Me – by believing in your heart and confessing your belief with your mouth - you are like a baby in the womb, not yet born through water.  Once you’ve been conceived you are in the womb and you need to be born through water – in the spirit it is the same, you must be baptized before you’re fully born-again.  This is confirmed by scripture in Mark 16:16: “He who believes AND is baptized will be saved…”  Mandy, you gave your live to God by believing…but you were not baptized!  You did not have this knowledge and then you had a spiritual abortion”

 

As I said these things, I knew that it was God speaking through me, because it was such a revelation to me – I never fully realized how important the baptism was, until that moment.  I was shocked out of pondering on the revelation of this information by a loud cry.  A look of anguish was written all over Mandy’s face as she sobbed:  “God can you forgive me for what I have done?  Even though I have rejected you, You have not rejected me!” she cried.

 

My co-counselor, Monya, then comforted her and assured her that God had an appointment with Mandy on this day.  She told her that God is a God of mercy and that His love is way above our understanding.  You see, that young woman had a great calling of God on her life and in order to be most effective she had to personally experience certain things.  It’s only when you’ve experienced something yourself, that you truly understand what others, in the same situation, are going through.

 

We were all amazed at by the story she then told us.  Mandy has led a life of rejection from birth.  She was an unplanned baby and her mother resented being pregnant.  She was rejected from the womb and her life was a blueprint of being rejected and rejecting others in turn.  From early childhood she was sexually abused by several men, including her father and uncle.  There was something in her that attracted the wrong kind of attention.  From experience we, as counselors, knew that the root cause of this was rejection, but that this spirit invited a sexual immorality spiritual prince called Abaddon in.  Abaddon, in turn brought in demonic powers that reports to him, such as Asmodee, Baal, Astharoth and Molech, to name but a few.

What then happens in the spiritual realm is the following: any sexual immorality spirit within a man or woman for that matter, are attracted to the sexual immorality spirits within Mandy.  The people involved find it basically impossible to resist these spiritual attractions and when the person gives in to the temptation, he or she end up abusing the other party.

 

At the tender age of 16 Mandy turned to God, committing her life to Him.  Unfortunately she also felt a strong pull towards the occult.  In the occult, she saw the promise of power she so desperately wanted.  You see in her mind, she thought that all these bad things in her past happened to because she was small and powerless, and by gaining power she could prevent these things from happening to her again. A further rape at the age of 18 convinced her that God was not capable of protecting her and she then committed spiritual suicide.  Mandy entered into a contract with Satan.  She renounced God by writing it on her bedroom wall with her own blood, where after she gave her life to Satan by signing a written contract with Satan in her own blood.

 

There was an immediate change in her life.  She found a source of power that gave her a feeling of being in control.  She performed rituals and cursed people and these curses would manifest to the letter.   There was only one area where she found she still had no power over.  She was still a target of sexual immorality and it had become much worse.  It was no longer only humans that forced themselves upon her, but spirits now also entered the arena.  She was raped continuously at night, leaving her feeling hopeless, dirty and suicidal.

 

Since she could remember, Mandy dressed in such a way as to appear unattractive.  By the time we met her she went to drastic measures to appear unattractive.  She shaved her eye brows totally off and drew harsh black lines where they were supposed to be.  She only wore black and her hair was shaven short on hair head.  The only color on her pale face was a vivid red lipstick that she favored.  She had multiple piercings in her earlobes as well as any other conceivable place you could possibly have piercings.  She pained her nails black which perfectly match the dead expression in her eyes.

 

Mandy was filled with fear.  One thing that all Satanists testify to is their fear of being killed if they dare attempt to leave Satan’s service or fail to serve him.  Satan’s main hold over them is fear.  If they dare defy him, he punishes them harshly.  The longer they remain in his service, the more they lose their own personality to the personality of the main demons they invite into them.  Mandy invited four main demons into her, but in reality there were a multitude and the path to freedom would not be an easy one but the only one where there was hope of life and restoration.

 

God had an appointment with Mandy on that day – and she set out on this new path by repenting her sins before God and us.  She then recommitted her life to God and was baptized.  She’s been through several deliverance sessions up to now as she walks this road with the help of God and fellow Christians.  It’s not an easy path, but it’s a path that leads the ex-Satanist from fear and bondage, to a life of hope and victory
